With twenty one days remaining to the General Elections, residents of Kimaeti Ward of Bumula constituency have had a sigh of relief after the Bungoma governor, His Excellency Honourable Wycliffe Wafula Wangamati, making promises of bettering their lives if re-elected as the governor for the second term.
It was a day of great promises to the residents of Siloba village in Bumula Sub-County after Bungoma governor, Wangamati touring the village whereby he promised the residents completion of the dispensary project that was initially set up by the former Member of Parliament Bonface Otsiula.

Wangamati who was accompanied by his deputy Prof. Ngome and other leaders also promised the residents greater scholarships for the needy students, the scholarship that will cover the whole session of learning from form one to University level without further re-application.

He accused his predecessor for not completing the projects initiated for example the Siloba dispensary that has now taken ten years, and is only half way complete.
