Governor Kenneth Lusaka has led a team of senior Health and County officials in doing an inspection tour of Malakisi Health Centre in Lwandanyi, Sirisia Sub County.
The Governor started his inspection by launching the newly constructed hospital gate and the hospital back-up generator. He went on to inspect the pharmacy and wards in order to ascertain the level of service delivery at the hospital.
“ I have walked around the hospital and I can confirm that there are many issues that need to be addressed. We need to have amenities that meet the standards. We will work around the clock to have all these issues addressed,” said Lusaka.
Present at the inspection were Deputy Governor Jennifer Mbatiany, area MCA Tonny Barasa, CECMs; Dr. Andrew Wamalwa (Health), Nancy Kibaba (Gender), Dr. David Wamamili (Education), Director of Medical Services and other senior County government officials.
